What to include in your message
Tell us which guide on our site you are working with. The page URL or article title helps us find it quickly.
For example, "iPhone 17 Pro Max running iOS 26.4" or "Samsung Galaxy S25 on Android 16."
Which step is not working? What error message do you see? What did you expect to happen?
Tell us what troubleshooting you have already attempted, so we do not waste your time suggesting things you already tried.
What we cannot help with
We are a small team. To be upfront about our limits, here are some things we cannot do:
- We cannot remotely fix your phone. We can only point you to the right guide or tool.
- We cannot give legal advice about whether spoofing or unlocking is legal in your country. Check your local laws.
- We cannot provide customer support for tools like iMyFone, Apple, or other third-party services. Contact them directly.
- We cannot help bypass security on a phone that does not belong to you.
Response time
We try to reply within 2 to 3 business days for most messages. Complex questions may take longer because we want to test solutions before responding. If you have not heard back in a week, please send a follow-up email.
